Zip-On® (PVC) is a single extruded pressure track made from a flexible, thermoplastic PVC compound. The extrusion is flame retardant, abrasion resistant and fungus resistant for long-lasting protection of the wires or cables inside. The PVC pressure track is light to medium-duty and is ideal for server rooms, shops, offices, and other applications that need general-purpose cable bundling and protection.

The arrowhead and channel locking system keeps fluid, dust, and debris from damaging the components inside. For an extra seal, applying our ZT-Tape® over the track provides additional protection and a reinforced, secure closure.

Zip-On® (PVC) has an operational temperature range of -22°F to 221°F (-30°C to 105°C). For shorter runs, Zip-On® (PVC) can be installed with the SL-EZ Slider tool, and for longer runs, the ZTEZ-SP Plier tool can be utilized.

If your diameter exceeds 0.44”, you can combine this product together to get a larger diameter. If your diameter is larger than 1”, we offer equivalent product lines, Zip-On® (63) or Classic-Wrap™, which also provide secure, durable cable bundling and protection.
