Zip-On® (PFR) is a wrap-around cable management and protection solution that features a heat-sealed, flexible jacket and pressure track closure. The PFR-18 jacketing is made of polyurethane material that has a soft, rubber-like texture. The jacketing is 18 mil thick and offers exceptional ruggedness by being resistant to abrasion and fluids. Additionally, the PFR jacketing meets Mil-I-3930/21 specifications, making this material ideal for military and aerospace applications. For round applications, an optional overlap flap can provide complete protection of wires and cables inside.

The Z-Track (PFR) is a polyurethane arrowhead and channel interlocking closure that provides a secure seal and is the strongest pressure track closure Zippertubing® offers. The Z-Track pressure track can be installed with one of our pliers, which is convenient for long cable runs. To see how easily you can install Z-Track, check out a live demo here.

If you require a pressure track that is lighter-duty, EZ-Track™ (TPU) can be heat-sealed to the PFR-18 jacketing. The EZ-Track™ is made of a thermoplastic polyurethane and is halogen-free for applications that may have such requirements.

Zip-On® (PFR) is offered for diameters ranging from 0.375” to 4”—with custom sizes available—and has an operational temperature range of -32.8°F to 194°F (-36°C to 90°C).
