PRT® (S-7200) is a wrap-around, MIL-SPEC polyolefin heat shrink tubing paired with our Z-7200 shielding cloth. The heat shrink is flame retardant, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and fluid resistant, including resistance to jet fuel and Skydrol. The polyolefin tubing is RoHS compliant and UL-rated for flammability, meeting UL224, VW-1.

The Z-7200 shielding cloth is a nylon rip-stop fabric plated with copper and a proprietary corrosion and fray-resistant coating. The cloth is nickel free, halogen free, and hypoallergenic. The 7200 shielding cloth also has the unique quality of being non-magnetic. Thus, making PRT® (S-7200) the perfect choice for applications dealing with sensitive magnetic instrumentation. The 7200 shielding cloth will outlast harsh conditions; it will not flake or rub off overtime.

PRT® (S-7200) can be cut to any desired length for versatility in applications. PRT® (S-7200) also only requires a standard heat gun for installation. PRT® (S-7200) is perfect for any industry, including the automotive, military, and aerospace industries due to the high temperature range, resistance to abrasion, chemicals and fluids, and exceptional EMI shielding performance.

PRT® (S-7200) is offered in size ranges for diameters from 0.09” to 1.87”, as well as custom diameters upon request. The operational temperature range is -67°F to 275°F (-55°C to 135°C).

ATTENUATION DATA WAS OBTAINED USING MIL-DTL-83528H (MODIFIED). TESTING WAS PERFORMED BY ACCREDITED, THIRD-PARTY EMI LABORATORIES.
