Heat-Wrap® (ALP-500) is a wrap-around, thermal reflective solution for components that need protection from high temperature damage. The ALP-500 jacketing is made of a 0.016" thick polymer-coated fiberglass fabric with reflective aluminum on one side. The jacketing is also SAE tested, fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The operational temperature range of Heat-Wrap® (ALP-500) is -58°F to 300°F (-50°C to 150°C).

Heat-Wrap® (ALP-500) has a high-temperature, acrylic adhesive closure that has a high bond strength. Additionally, the adhesive has a paper release liner for clean and easy application.

Heat-Wrap® (ALP-500) is engineered for component diameters ranging from 1.125" to 4", with custom sizes available upon request.

Heat-Wrap® is also available with our ALS-5 heat shielding jacket for applications with smaller diameters and may require a lightweight and thin jacketing material. Learn more.
