Zip-On (FIT) is a clean, secure way to route and protect cables directly on your framing rails. Designed for fast, simple installs during system integration or in the field, this sleeving wraps around cables, wires, and hoses, then push-fits into the T-slot grooves—so no disassembly or re-wiring is needed to add this solution. Zip-On (FIT) jacketing can be installed by hand, or with a simple installation tool for longer runs.

Built for tough environments, the sleeve is fluid-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and flame-resistant, making it a smart choice for machinery guards, automation cells, conveyor lines, and lab fixtures. Molded corner pieces extend protection around 90° turns, keeping bend radii smooth and consistent while eliminating snag points. Compared to alternatives like zip ties, Velcro wraps, tie bases, and cable straps, this solution protects better, lasts longer, and is easier to install.

Zip-On (FIT) comes in several diameters and size configurations compatible with the most common slotted framing systems—including Bosch Rexroth, 80/20, and T-Slots. Choose the size that matches your rail, snap it in, and you’re done—a clean, protected cable path that looks as good as it performs.
