Overview

  • Extremely flexible and durable
  • Flame Retardant
  • Completely transparent

TPU Film (Clear) is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film engineered for flexibility, durability, and environmental resistance. This flame-retardant material (UL94 VTM-2) offers excellent abrasion resistance, impact toughness, and hydrolysis resistance, making it a reliable choice for demanding applications where long-term performance is critical. The clear construction allows for easy visual inspection of underlying components, while the smooth surface provides a clean, professional finish.

With an operational temperature range of -40°C to 90°C (-40°F to 194°F), TPU Film (Clear) maintains flexibility in cold conditions and durability in elevated temperatures. Its balanced combination of toughness, clarity, and environmental resistance makes it ideal for protective jacketing of wires, cables, hoses, and other components across a wide range of industries.

TPU Film (Clear) can be tailored into custom shapes, wraps, or jackets and is frequently used in Zippertubing® products where transparency, strength, and long-lasting protection are essential.
