PAK-22 is a medium weight (.022") protective laminate designed specifically for aircraft and aerospace component covers. It features a durable, chemical-resistant polyurethane top-side and a soft aramid back-side that helps protect fragile painted or coated surfaces from abrasion and damage. The material is flame retardant to FAR 25.853 and ABD0031, is REACH compliant and RoHS-10 compliant, and has an operating temperature range of -58°F to 356°F (-50°C to 180°C). Available in orange, PAK-22 was developed to meet Airbus OEM specifications and is approved for use in Airbus aircraft, making it an excellent choice for high-performance engine covers, helicopter covers, and other custom aerospace protective covers.
