Overview

ZTT® (PFR)
  • Jacketing is fungus resistant and copper corrosion resistant
  • Nylon cloth leader makes installing easy; just wrap leader around components and pull through
  • UL-rated, meeting UL94 V-0

ZTT® (PFR) is a cable management solution that utilizes PFR film and a nylon cloth leader. The extremely flexible, rubber-like PFR jacketing meets Mil-C-27072, Mil-C-13777, and Mil-I-3930/21 specifications for electrical cable insulation. The jacketing meets Mil-Std-810 for fungus resistance and UL94 V-0 for flame retardancy. The oxford cloth leader is a woven cloth made from DuPont® Type 6, mid-dull nylon yarn. The cloth leader is water repellent and mildew resistant for applications that are exposed to such elements. Simply wrap the cloth leader around the wires or cables and pull through for an easy installation with no additional tools required. ZTT® (PFR) provides complete 360-degree protection of the components inside.

ZTT® (PFR) is offered for standard diameters ranging from 0.25” to 2” with custom sizes available upon request. The operational temperature -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C).
