Zip-On® (PVDF) bundles and protects wires and cables from chemicals, UV and abrasion.

Zip-On® (PVDF) is a semitransparent white, wrap-around cable management solution made from UL-rated, PVDF film jacketing. Recognized commercially under the trade name Kynar, Zip-On® (PVDF) offers good flexibility and best resistance to chemicals, UV and abrasion, making it an ideal choice to protect wires and cables that are exposed to rugged conditions.

Zip-On® (PVDF) utilizes a Z-Track closure system. This patented arrowhead-and-channel interlock-design closure is one of the strongest pressure track closures Zippertubing® offers; it provides a secure seal to keep fluids, dust and debris from damaging the components inside. Z-Track can be installed with the ZTZ-SP Plier tool, which is ideal for longer cable runs, to reduce installation fatigue. To learn how to install Z-Track, check out our live demo here.

The PVDF jacketing holds up to a wide temperature range of -33°F to 302°F (-36°C to 150°C) and can be RF welded to other polymer tracks or films. Zip-On® (PVDF) is offered for diameters ranging from 0.375” to 4”, with custom sizes available upon request.
