The knife CNC cutting system broadens our capabilities of how and what materials we can customize. Similar to our laser CNC cutting system as far as the ability to cut to any size or shape, the knife CNC cutting system cuts seamlessly through heat reflective, PVC, and polyurethane materials. While the laser cuts through materials that tend to fray at the edges and provides a type of seal on materials, the power and precision of this cutting system allows products to be manufactured at a more efficient rate, which can decrease product costs.
We offer a range of jackets and closures to accommodate the different demands of each industry. With having such a large selection, being able to cut, shape and size these materials in an efficient and consistent way is a necessity. The knife CNC cutting system can cut through nearly all materials, from cardboard to hard plastics up to 1” thick.
