How to Use this Website
|
This website is set up to illustrate Zippertubing’s
vast product line and includes both finished products and raw materials. Finished
products are stand alone items which are procured "as is" and whose design cannot
be altered by the customer. Raw materials are sub-components of a finished part
that can be mixed and matched with other components by the customer to create a
customized finished product. All materials have been categorized into seven main
groups. Review each grouping as it applies to your application. When you find a
product of interest, determine if it is a finished product or a raw material by
looking at the "blue link button" that follows the data sheet part description.
There are two types of link buttons that follow the product description;
Order P/N: ZTXX-XX-XXX-* or
Create a Part Number >>
A product that has the link "Order P/N:
ZTXX-XX-XXX-*" following the description is a finished part and requires no further
input by the user except to select it and request addition procurement or technical
information. The asterisk at the end of all P/N’s define the inside diameter of
the tubing. Indicate the size you desire by replacing it with a fractional unit.
Size ranges are typically in 1/8" increments.
An item that has the link "Create a Part
Number" following the description is a raw material and therefore is only a subcomponent
of a finished part. This product has numerous other subcomponent options that can
be combined with this item to create a finished part. Select the "create a part
number" link and follow the instructions to add subcomponents as required to finish
building a customized finished product. Again, replace the asterisk with the fractional
size you need. Data sheets may also have other link buttons
which will direct you to secondary documentation related to this product. These
are indicated as follows;
