TSH-3

FEP Teflon Jacket with 3-Mil Aluminum Foil EMI Shield
TSH-3 is an outstanding EMI shielding product consisting of a FEP Teflon outer jacket bonded to a 3-mil Aluminum foil EMI shield. The product was designed to provide outstanding EMI shielding performance in rugged and demanding environmental applications where only FEP Teflon can survive. TSH-3 is currently in use on many aerospace programs as well as in commercial building Plenum rated areas. TSH-3 is a non-flammable product that meets UL224, VW-1 and has an operational temperature range of -70 to 200ºC. Standard TSH-3 comes with a FEP Teflon Z-Track closure and a 15 AWG Tin/Copper drain wire. The material is also available with several other closure types; however these may reduce the overall performance characteristics somewhat.
