The Zippertubing® Company offers a very unique Heat-Shrinkable tubing product line. Heat- Shrinkable tubing has been used for many years in both Commercial and Military applications to bundle and jacket electrical wiring. Zippertubing® offers patented, wrap-around, heat-shrinkable tubing, in a variety of styles, each for unique applications. Heat-shrinkable tubing is also available in EMI shielded versions. Our tubing’s ability to wrap then shrink, when heated, provides an excellent means for creating a professional looking secondary jacket to wires and cables. It can also add a variety of additional performance characteristics to a wire bundle, including chemical, electrical, mechanical and thermal protection. This is where our heat-shrinkable tubing’s are unique only to Zippertubing®. The Zippertubing® heat-shrinkable tubing products can best be defined as an application-modified, heat-shrink tubing. We offer EMI shielded heat-shrink tubing and a variety of wrap-around heat-shrinkable tubing products that conform to the requirements of Mil-I-23053/5, Class 1. |

Zippertubing® EMI Shielded heat shrinkable tubing provides a convenient method of adding secondary insulation and EMI shield protection to in-service electrical systems. The wrap-around feature allows the material to be installed without the need to remove or disassemble the associated connectors and end hardware. Our heat shrinkable shielding tube products provide excellent abrasion, environmental, chemical & electrical properties and are resistant to most oils, fluids, mild Acids and alkalis.
