Zippertubing® EMI shielding mesh materials are designed to yield excellent EMI shielding performance. Knitted into various sizes and configurations, mesh can be added to most Zippertubing® jacket materials to create an easy-to-install Zip-on EMI shielded assembly. Our knitted mesh design creates a highly flexible shield that unlike many tubular braids will not change attenuation performance when articulated.

Zippertubing® EMI shielded tapes are economical shielding solutions, without the need to solder the tape to the harness or braid. Tapes are offered in Polyurethane Polyester and Fabric, Aluminum, or Cooper Foil backed with highly conductive pressure sensitive adhesives which can be used in a multitude of applications.

Zippertubing® EMI Shielded heat shrink tubing provides a convenient method of adding secondary insulation and EMI shield protection to in-service electrical systems. The wrap-around feature allows the material to be installed without the need to remove or disassemble the associated connectors and end hardware. Our heat shrinkable shielding tube products provide excellent abrasion, environmental, chemical & electrical properties and resistant to most oils, fluids, mild Acids and alkalis.
